• A.1. This tuition fee discount scheme is intended for children of married employees, and siblings of single and childless employee.
• A.2 An employee (teaching and non-teaching) must have rendered at least one year of service to avail this scholarship.
• A.3. Five (5) children/sibling of the employee are entitled regardless of the educational level where they are enrolled in but they can only avail 3 scholars at a time or every school year.
• A.4. The percentage of discount covered shall remain the same until graduation.
• A.5. In case of dismissal or resignation of the employee this benefit will be forfeited.
• A.6. In case of death and permanent disability, resulting to separation of employment of the employee, the grant can be applied for the specified current school year (basic education) and semester (higher education).

• Only three (3) children/siblings of the Employee under this qualification can be availed at a time or every school year. Breakdown of privileges are as follows:
• 1. Full (100%) tuition fee discount for the first child/sibling.
• 2. Seventy Five percent (75%) tuition fee discount for the second child/sibling.
• 3. Fifty percent (50%) tuition fee discount for the third child/sibling.
• 4. Twenty five (25%) tuition fee discount for the fourth and fifth child/sibling

• Birth Certificate of the student
• Marriage Certificate and Birth Certificate of the parents of the student for siblings of employee
• Photocopy of Registration form
• Photocopy of Form 138 (Basic Ed)
• Report Card (Basic Ed-College)

• 1. Only Full-time and active church Pastors and Bible women and their children serving under the VFFBC and other independent churches of similar doctrines and belief can avail this scholarship. Excluding pastors and bible women of church based ministries.

• 1. VFFBC Member churches – 50% tuition fee discount
• 2. Under other independent churches of similar doctrines and belief – 25% tuition fee discount

• Certified Statement of Faith (For Non-AFBCP churches only)
• Church Information Sheet
• FBC Chaplain’s Recommendation
• Pledge of Support (by the church)
• Letter of endorsement from the church (pastors and workers only)
• Letter of commitment between church & school (for Pastors and workers only)
• Bible women certification from bible school or issued by the church
• Additional Supporting document: The Scholarship office will ask for a complete list of member churches (WVFFBC) to Pastor Cahilig for verification.
• MOA/Undertaking between the school and the scholar to show support in any form and to render service whenever needed

• Accomplished application form
• Photocopy of Registration Form
• Collegiate Report Card every semester certified by the Dean & Registrar (College)
• Photocopy of form 138 with an average grade of at least 83% (Basic Ed to College)
• Active participation to Spiritual Activities (certification must be given by the Chaplain’s Office)
• Membership to Pastor’s Kids organization (to be accredited by OSAS)
